I had the pleasure of attending the Jahrestagung des Verbandes der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft at Leuphana University. It was an inspiring experience that enriched not only my research but also my teaching skills. During the junior workshop of the WK ÖBWL, I presented my research on "Volunteers' perceived person-environment misfit" and received valuable feedback from colleagues. The overlapping workshops were particularly impressive, as they facilitated interdisciplinary discussions and inspired new teaching approaches. The conference provided a dynamic platform for exchanging research and teaching methods, as well as best practices. Dialogues with colleagues from various fields opened up new perspectives for my research and helped me to reevaluate my teaching concepts.

Overall, participating in this conference was an extremely enriching experience that had a lasting impact on my research activities and provided valuable insights for designing my courses.
