I recently had the privilege of attending the EURAM Conference in Dublin, the largest European management conference where over 2000 experts in management research came together to discuss pressing topics. This year, the focus was on sustainability and how businesses can drive positive change. The conference featured engaging presentations and discussions on sustainable development and the importance of societal impact. I was honored to present my research on responsible innovation in family businesses and received valuable feedback. The event embraced sustainability by taking place in a carbon-neutral venue and providing vegetarian/vegan catering. The Trinity College campus, where the conference was held, is also undergoing remarkable efforts to become emissionsfree. Meeting like-minded researchers, networking, and making new connections was a highlight of the conference. It was inspiring to witness the collective dedication to transforming business for the better. Attending the EURAM Conference in Dublin was an enlightening experience, fueling my passion for positive change. I'm grateful to all the organizers, speakers, and participants who made it memorable. Looking forward to continuing the conversations and exploring collaborative opportunities for a more responsible and sustainable business environment. Together, we can make a difference!
