founders@unibw brings to the forefront an essential driver of innovation for any organisation as the first Founders
consultancy for intrapreneurship at the university.
Through various approaches, executives are motivated to create innovations from their own ranks and employees are
encouraged to do the same.
We benefit from our experience and knowledge from consulting for our civilian and military executives in the
Bundeswehr. Our team is your first point of contact for support, consulting and enabling innovation from within.
For your path to intrapreneurship, we have a few approaches that we bring to bear in our organisation:
CCC - Comrades, Captains, Commanders: a program focused on Culture Change with Events and Networking.
Here we focus on student officers, training institutions and executives.
Founders Incubator: With focus on consulting and testing, we run incubators of different thematic
character and orientation. Here we also provide application and selection, coaching and possible transitional
financing of the participating teams. In principle, we address all persons in the BMVg business area.
