New working paper published in the CISS Munich series

The article 'Cyber Threats and Crisis Early Warning' by Stephanie Riedl and Lena Runge has been published in the CISS Munich Working Papers series. In addition to the traditional domains of conflict in interstate and intrastate conflicts, cyberspace now represents another autonomous sphere of conflict. Identifying, defending against and preventing cyberattacks is of central concern in this context. Against this backdrop, the article addresses data collection on cyberattacks and the prediction of potential attacks.
