The 12th International Conference on Superplasticizers and Other Chemical Admixtures in Concrete

The First and Second CANMET/ACI International Conferences on Superplasticizers in Concrete were held in Ottawa, Canada in 1978 and 1981. The Third CANMET/ACI International Conference on Super-plasticizers and Other Chemical Admixtures in Concrete was also held in Ottawa in 1989. This was followed by the Fourth Conference in Montreal, Canada, in 1994, the Fifth Conference in Rome, Italy in 1997, the Sixth Conference in Nice, France in 2000, the Seventh Conference in Berlin, Germany in 2003 and the Eighth Conference in Sorrento, Italy in 2006, the Ninth Conference in Seville, Spain in 2009, and the Tenth Conference in Prague, Czech Republic in 2012, and the Eleventh Conference in Ottawa, Canada in 2015. The Twelfth Conference will be held in Beijing, China in 2018, aims to present the latest available information in the rapidly evolving field of superplasticizers and other chemical admixtures and discuss new areas of research.
