Visiting Professorship at Trinity College Dublin

In spring 2026, Prof. Hüttermann held a visiting professorship at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. At the invitation of Ulrich Leicht-Deobald, Professor of Responsible Leadership, he was a guest at Trinity Business School. Together with Prof. Leicht-Deobald and other colleagues at the School, this provided an opportunity for in-depth exchange on current research projects. In addition, new projects were initiated, including work on systemic multilevel perspectives on demographic differences in organizations and their impact on organizational performance.
