From July 3 to 5, 2025, the 41st Colloquium of the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) took place in Athens, where Alexandra Jussli presented current research findings from the Chair.

The paper presented by Alexandra Jussli and Hendrik Hüttermann examines how leaders can support employees in navigating the digital transformation of work. Job crafting is identified as an effective strategy in this context, and the findings demonstrate that instrumental leadership constitutes an important enabling factor for fostering such proactive behaviors. The colloquium provided an opportunity to discuss the results with international experts and to receive valuable feedback for further academic development. In particular, participants praised the theoretically grounded treatment of a topic with high practical relevance.

The EGOS Conference is a renowned forum in organizational research and once again brought together scholars and practitioners from around the world to discuss current trends and challenges in the field.
