Participation in the AOWI Specialist Group Conference

From September 9 to 12, 2025, this year’s conference of the Work, Organizational, Business, and Engineering Psychology (AOWI) Division was held at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg.

Our Chair was represented by Stefanie Acksteiner and Susanne Beyerlein, who presented their current research findings and engaged in stimulating discussions with fellow researchers. Stefanie Acksteiner presented her work titled “Balancing the Paradox: Lessons from Women Leaders in the Military on Developing a Paradox Mindset,” while Susanne Beyerlein presented her research on “Health-Oriented Leadership at the Managerial Level: Effects and Boundary Conditions.”

We are pleased about the successful conference, the opportunity for academic exchange, and the many valuable impulses gained for our ongoing research.
