Academy of Management Meeting 2025 in Copenhagen

Together with colleagues from the WOW Institute Organization, Strategy & People, the Chair participated in this year’s Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting in Copenhagen.

Across three contributions, Hendrik Hüttermann, Susanne Beyerlein, and Alexandra Jussli presented findings from current research projects of the Chair. The topics included CEO self-leadership and its effects across different organizational levels (Hendrik Hüttermann with Nils Fürstenberg, Amanda Shantz, and Heike Bruch), trickle-down effects of health-oriented leadership across leadership levels (Susanne Beyerlein with Hendrik Hüttermann, Annika Krick, and Jörg Felfe), and the role of leadership in fostering employee job crafting during technological change (Alexandra Jussli and Hendrik Hüttermann).
