ITPE at IEEM 2025 in Melbourne

As winter began in Germany, our colleague Alexander Patrick Schlegel attended the IEEE International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEM 2025) in Melbourne, Australia.

At the conference, he presented the research paper
“The Role of Physicality: Definitive Causes for Challenges in Adopting Agile Principles in Hardware Development,” which was co-authored with Florian Günther, Stefan Weiss, and Alexander Koch.

The presentation generated significant interest and led to an intensive professional exchange with international researchers and experts from industry and academia. In addition to discussing the research findings, the conference also provided a valuable opportunity to establish new international contacts and network with the international research community.

Participation in IEEM 2025 underscores the international visibility of our research in the field of agile methods for hardware development.
