Employing additional vehicles with specially instructed drivers is a particularly good way of investigating how test persons react to the behavior of other road users. With such additional vehicles and special structures as well as specially selected and trained drivers, conflict situations can be simulated precisely when and where they are needed. These situations are identical and reproducible for all test persons.
Measuring devices adapted to the issue under examination are used to record the test person’s reactions and analyze them afterwards.
