DATS Workshop on Digital Air Traffic Services

The 5th DATS Workshop on Digital Air Traffic Services: Workload and Safety Assessment took place on May 6-7, 2024, at Linköping University's Campus Norrköping in Sweden. The workshop provided an excellent platform for experts to discuss advancements in digital air traffic services, with a focus on workload and safety assessment. It also highlighted the importance of international collaboration in tackling challenges in aviation and mobility.

The event featured a keynote presentation by Max Li from the University of Michigan, USA, titled "Interface Design and Conversational Agents for Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Management."

Our team contributed with the presentation "Moving Metrics: How to Evaluate Complex Traffic Scenarios," delivered by Prof. Schultz and Simon Göppel. The presentation explored innovative approaches to evaluating complex air traffic scenarios, offering insights into their impact on workload and safety in digital air traffic services.
