Dr. Deepika Mann

Deepika Mann is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Space Technology and Space Applications of the University of the Bundeswehr Munich.
She holds a PhD and Masters in spatial sciences from India. She was awarded DAAD scholarship through bi-nationally supervised doctoral degree programme in 2019. After completing her PhD in April 2021, Deepika worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development on developing strategies for climate resilient forests in the framework of PYROPHOB project.

 

Research Interests: 
Geospatial applications in sustainable development, landscape ecology, road ecology, urban climate, green finance and city planning
