On 12 and 13 November 2021 the Orient-Institut Istanbul (Max Weber Foundation) is organising a public online film forum "Iran at the Crossways". It is part of the science communication program of the research project "Performance of Culture, Religion, and Body as Strategies of Self-Empowerment in the Islamic Republic Iran" (International Standing Working Group Iran and Beyond – Breaking the Ground for Sustainable Scholarly Collaboration (IRSSC)) for which Prof. Dr. Robert Langer is serving as one of the principal investigators.
