Welcome to UniBwM - studying and researching in Munich for several months or even years, you will want to pick up some basic German or expand the language skills you already have in order to to help you get in touch with the local population, fellow students, or colleagues at your institute more easily. Our language training center offers classes according to demand as soon as enough students show interest for a class at a particular level. The interest of foreign students and PHD candidates in learning German varies. That's why the language training center may not always have a class readily available. If you are interested in attending an intensive German language course with daily lessons for fast progress, you can do so at the language school “Deutschkurse bei der Universität München e.V.” They offer various (intensive) German language courses on all levels for academic as well as for professional purposes. This language school offers discounts to our international students.
