As of 2023, a short report in English or German (template coming soon) must be written within 6 weeks following the congress trip or research stay and sent in electronic form to the PhD Travel Fund contact person. The report should be in a form that makes it possible to use it in public relations work. Funding can only be granted after the report has been submitted.
