Launch of Working Paper Series

The first working paper of the CISS Munich series is published on the topic of "Kriegsführung und Enablement" [Warfare and Enablement] by Lieutenant General Rohrschneider.

In his article, Lieutenant General Rohrschneider, Commander of NATO's Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC), uses a wide range of historical examples to show that enablement influences the nature, intensity and duration of military conflicts, and is therefore an important component in the success of military conflicts. The Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) was established to strengthen enablement within NATO. JSEC ensures the mobility and operational readiness of the armed forces.
