studium plus gives students the opportunity to engage with topics completely different to their usual field of studies and to learn about manifold subject areas. They gain insights into the subject matter and methods of other sciences and acquire important key qualifications and competences relevant to their profession within the framework of training courses.
The Organization of studium plus
In the Bachelor's program, students attend two seminars on topics that do not relate to their own field of study as well as one training course. Language training in the context of officer training is credited for studium plus as well. In the Master's program, students complete a seminar and training each within the framework of studium plus. The students select the seminars and trainings according to their personal preferences and inclinations.
Graded certificates are acquired in the seminars. In the case of training courses that serve the acquisition of action skills, ungraded certificates of attendance are issued.
