Recent research results: Journalists in the Google Dilemma

Largest survey of journalists in recent years shows: Journalists depend on the Internet - and suffer from its limitations.

Although Internet search engines are the most important research tool for journalists, most journalists are dissatisfied with the information yield on the Internet. They would like more information. This is one result of a survey of journalists conducted by the Institute for Organizational Communication at the Bundeswehr University in Munich. A summary of the study's findings can be found here.
