COVID-19: University library is open for lending purposes only

University libray open for lending on mondays, wednesdays, fridays from 10 am to 2 pm for previously ordered media | scan-services, individual consultations and electronic offer available

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the campus of the University of the Bundeswehr Munich will only be accessible to students and employees of the university.
Since 04 May 2020, borrowing of previously ordered media from the holdings of the University Library is once again possible for members of the university.
Until further notice no library events will take place.
Our staff members, however, will continue to be available for individual consultations via e-mail or telephone.
For members of the university, ordering of books and copies of articles via interlibrary loan is possible. Since 29.04.2020 the University Library has been offering scanning services.
Our electronic offer is available to all students and staff of the university without restrictions and will be expanded as far as possible in order to keep shortcomings in the supply of literature as low as possible.

University Library for Non-Members of the University

Welcome to the University Library of the Bundeswehr University Munich!

As a central service facility, the library supplies its clients with electronic and printed scientific literature. As a member of national and international organizations of scientific librarianship, it is well connected in its profession and offers a wide range of up-to-date information services according to the requirements of its scientists/researchers, students and academic teachers.

Since 2017, it provides spacious, attractive premises with modern equipment for different forms of learning and working. The library staff are happy to assist the library clients.
