EU-HYBNET is a pan-European network of security practitioners, stakeholders, academics, industry players and SME actors across the EU who are collaborating in increasing numbers to counter hybrid threats. The goal of EU-HYBNET is to build a powerful, sustainable network through ongoing collaboration with a key partner beyond the scope of the project. The European Center of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats will define common requirements that can fill knowledge gaps, meet performance requirements, and improve the capabilities of innovation efforts; monitor significant developments in research and innovation; make recommendations for the adoption and industrial implementation of the most promising innovations that meet the needs of practitioners and establish related priorities for standardization; create the conditions for increased interaction among its members; and persevere to increase its membership and continuously build the capacity of the network through knowledge exchange, including exercises.
