In bright sunshine, the IMCS team spends the day together at "Starnberger See". In summery temperatures, the team was able to relax with a short hike and soak up a few hours of sunshine before the conference preparations will be completed in the coming weeks.

We would especially like to thank Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hans-Dieter Ließ for his hospitality, who invited us privately for coffee and some excellent cake and entertained us with interesting stories. Many thanks to all who attended and invested time in the planning!

IMCS at "FE im Schnee" 2024

The Institute for Mathematics and Computer-Aided Simulation (IMCS) once again participated in the annual conference "FE in the Snow," held in the beautiful Kleinwalsertal. The conference provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and novel approaches in the field of the Finite Element Method and computer-aided simulation.
