Bavarian Minister of Internal Affairs Joachim Herrmann informs himself about RISK.twin

As part of his visit at UniBW on January 8, 2024, Bavarian Minister of Internal Affairs Joachim Herrmann informed himself about the RISK.twin project and received an introduction from project manager Prof. Alexander Popp. The RISK.twin project has set itself the task of developing "hybrid" digital twins for selected components of critical infrastructures on a broad scale. Ranging from basic scientific methods (simulation, machine learning) through to specific application scenarios and objects (bridges, construction, water, energy), their usability for the responsible actors in critical decision-making is being investigated.
