Dieses wurde nun aufgrund der Erfahrungen aus fast drei Jahrzehnten neu ausgerichtet um das individuelle Potenzial eines jeden Bewerbers noch genauer zu erfassen. Eine der Neuerungen ist die wissenschaftliche Begleitung des PFV durch Prof. Annette Schmidt vom Institut für Sportwissenschaften der Universität der Bundeswehr München.
