Thomas Göbel M.Sc.

Thomas Göbel received his M.Sc. in Computer Science with a focus on IT-Security from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Germany in 2017. Subsequently, he joined the da/sec Biometrics and Internet-Security Research Group in Darmstadt, Germany as a research assistant. Since 2021, he is a Ph.D. Student Member of the Digital Forensics group at CODE of the Universität der Bundeswehr München, Germany.

In his research he focuses on Digital Forensics, Network Forensics and Anti-Forensics. In particular he deals with the synthesis of forensically relevant data sets and suitable IT forensic analysis methods.
