John-Lucas Caesar
John-Lucas Caesar has been working at the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies (CISS) at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich since 2024. He supports the research area Wargaming and Information Systems both practically and theoretically. In addition, he acts as a referent for Prof. Dr Carlo Masala and is involved in the management of the academic planning process.
Mr Caesar graduated from the Theresan Military Academy in Wiener Neustadt with a Bachelor of Arts in Military Leadership. His bachelor thesis was entitled "Special Fund Bundeswehr 2022: Procurement in the German Bundeswehr". In 2023 he completed an ERASMUS stay at the Moravian Business School in Olomouc and in 2021 a course at Stanford University on "Threats of Nuclear Terrorism".

He has acquired broad practical experience in various fields, most recently with the Bundeswehr's Mountain Infantry. Previously, he worked for Rheinmetall Defence. He has also worked for the Austrian Parliament and the Airbus Group.
