Our research goals and publications
At the Chair of Strategic Management, we examine how organizations create value in the face of technological, societal, and institutional change. Our research focuses particularly on new forms of interorganizational collaboration, the strategic behavior of family firms, and the responsible management of innovation and transformation. Our work lies at the intersection of strategic management, entrepreneurship, and organization studies.
In our teaching, we equip students with the ability to think strategically and enable them to analyze and actively shape development and transformation processes in businesses, public administration, and other organizations.
