Professor Andreas Knopp (Information Processing) has successfully attracted funding for the ESA 5G METEORS 5G Satellite Makerspace project from the European Space Agency (ESA). The project will examine the integration of 5G mobile phone networks and satellite links. A system demonstration will be performed in Dresden.
