The focus of our interest is on theoretical and practical issues in the areas of human resource management and organization. In research, we use qualitative and quantitative research methods to further develop theoretical knowledge as well as develop scientifically sound solutions for corporate practice. This is also reflected in our publications. In teaching, we impart both theoretical foundations and their application in corporate practice. The Master's and Bachelor's degree courses cover the areas of human resource management and organization. We try to directly take up interesting current developments in practice and science.
