„Ethical Organisational Culture: Multi-level Analysis of its Determinants, Practices and Consequences“.

The aim of the Project Ethical Organizational Culture is to investigate the determinants, practices, and consequences of ethical organisational culture at the individual, organizational as well as country and regional level. Regarding determinants, employees' expectations towards employer ethicality and managers' ethical decision-making are explored. Practices focus on equal treatment of older (female) employees, and consequences deal with employee dishonest behaviour. The Project focuses on the service sector.

The Project contributes to Management discipline, particularly to ethical aspects of employment relations. Companies will learn from the Project about the potential of ethical culture to guide the behaviour of employees. The wider aim of the Project is to raise awareness about ethical Business culture, its consequences and increase the ethicality of Estonia’s Business environment thereof.
