The course "Leadership: Managing people in organizations" conveys basic theories from different psychological fields and their  reference to organizations. In the corresponding tutorial students can dive deeper into and prepare selected topics in an autodidactic and creative manner.

Goal

The goal of this class is to convey the basic psychological theories (perceptual psychology, cognitive psychology, differential psychology, social psychology, etc.) and their application in organizational settings.
The goal of the tutorial is that students attain deeper knowledge in a selected field with its central scholars, developments as well as to learn more about other topics of organizational behavior.
