The university attaches great importance to the health of its staff and therefore offers them the opportunity to participate in various occupational health management activities free of charge and during working hours. There are yoga or pilates classes, stress management courses or lectures on nutrition, to name but a few examples. This is a good opportunity to interrupt work for a while and return to the workplace later with new energy. In addition, members of UniBw M have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of sporting activities offered on the university campus. For a small monthly fee, you can become a member of the sports promotion club and thus take advantage of the attractive university sports program. No matter whether you like to swim a few lanes in the new university swimming pool, have a game of tennis with your colleague during lunch break or prefer to relax in the sauna after work – these and other offers are open to you.
