Software Stack
- 4C: open-source multiphysics code
- VMTK: tool for preprocessing of vascular geometries
- CubitPy: for mesh generation
- Beamme: for generation of finite element beam meshes
- Paraview: for data visualization and analysis tool
- Spack: for handling software installation at our HPC Cluster
