We welcome our new employee in the simulation group

We are pleased to welcome our new member in the group Computational Simulation (Prof. Popp) as of December 1, 2022:

Mr. Moritz Frey (B.Sc. Aerospace Engineering, University of Applied Sciences Munich) will work on the simulation of controllable metamaterials and smart structures. The research work is embedded into an international consortium and will be conducted in close collaboration with scientific partners at the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic) and at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czech Republic).

Once again, we extend a warm welcome to him!

The Institute for Mathematics and Computer-Aided Simulation (IMCS) once again participated in the annual conference "FE in the Snow," held in the beautiful Kleinwalsertal.
