Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Equity Based

Role Overview: As the CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technological vision, strategy, and execution. This role is critical for developing the advanced hardware and software that enable our autonomous capabilities, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and meet our ambitious targets for efficiency and reliability.


Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of our technology stack, including both hardware and software, to support autonomous aerospace operations.
● Spearhead research and development initiatives, pushing the boundaries of AI and autonomous technology.
● Collaborate closely with the CPO and other executives to align technological development with product strategy and market needs.
● Build and mentor a world-class engineering team capable of delivering on our ambitious technology roadmap.
● Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
● Oversee technology partnerships and collaborations, enhancing our capabilities and market presence.
● Ensure our technology adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly for aerospace applications.

 
Qualifications:
● Extensive experience in technology leadership, preferably in aerospace, robotics, or a related field.
● Deep technical expertise in AI, autonomous systems, and both hardware and software development.
● Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and bringing complex technological products to market.
● Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
● Strategic thinker with a clear vision for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with teams across the organization and with external partners.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, equity-based startup environment.
