Role Overview: As our CPO, you will spearhead product strategy, development, and execution, ensuring our hardware and software solutions meet market needs and exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

● Define and implement product strategy aligned with company vision.
● Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and market demand.
● Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI and autonomous technologies into our products.
● Drive user research, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
● Manage product lifecycle, prioritizing features for rapid ROI and long-term success.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in product management, ideally in aerospace, AI, or robotics.
● Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, equity-based startup environment.
● Visionary thinker with a user-centered design approach.
● Technical background in hardware/software development preferred.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
