Initiated by Prof. Dr. Rafaela Kraus and Dr. Tanja Kreitenweis, the Department of Business Administration organizes a

high-profile event every year during early summer.

RECENT EVENT:Leadership & Innovation talk 2022

At the Leadership & Innovation Talk 2022, participants had the opportunity to get to know the topic of

intrapreneurship in all its facets and to learn about current concepts and corporate initiatives.

Among the topics discussed were the various forms of intrapreneurship, the identification of intrapreneurs, the

establishment of an intrapreneurial culture and the creation of a legal framework for internal start-ups.
