In our incubator for intrapreneurship projects, there's an opportunity for members of the German Armed Forces to further develop their business or project idea into a mockup prototype through a condensed program. We delve into who the users are, how best to engage them regarding the respective project, and who the key stakeholders and partners are that should be involved. Additionally, we address questions regarding internal and external financing, dealing with public procurement, and assist you in convincingly presenting your ideas during a pitch. The goal of the program is not to develop an external company but rather to realize a very early-stage innovation project within the troops or within the German Armed Forces.
