The Chair of Information Systems, esp. Digital Process Management (Prof. Dr. Christoph Peters) focuses its research on the design and management of digital and AI-based processes, services and business models as well as agile and digital transformation. It adopts a socio-technical systems perspective in order to develop solutions that are human-centered, sustainable, technically stable, economically viable and socially desirable.
