The Artificial Intelligence Meets Security (AIMS) Annual Retreat (formerly UniBw AI Retreat) will take place 15–17 July 2026 at the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The retreat brings together AI researchers from defense universities and participants from security authorities for technical exchange, networking, and discussions at the intersection of AI and security (including poster sessions, expert talks, and an interactive wargame).
We will kick off the retreat with an informal evening get-together on 15 July (starting at 18:00). The main program will take place on 16 and 17 July.
