Student assistants

We are open about students who would like to support the research projects of the Chair. There is no financial reimbursement for students working at the Chair of Organizational Behavior; however, we offer our student assistantsa range ofnon-financial benefits:

• gaining insight into the workings of a university chair
• being part in exciting, timely research projects and depending on the project
  • to deepen theoretical knowledge relevant for the study of Economics and Management
  • to build up methodological expertise(quantitative & qualitative)
  • getting in contact with practice and research partners
• and, of course, a meaningful reference for their résumé.
