We are open about students who would like to support the research projects of the Chair. There is no financial reimbursement for students working at the Chair of Organizational Behavior; however, we offer our student assistants a range of non-financial benefits:

  • gaining insight into the workings of a university chair
  • being part in exciting, timely research projects and depending on the project
    • to deepen theoretical knowledge relevant for the study of Economics and Management
    • to build up methodological expertise (quantitative & qualitative)
    • getting in contact with practice and research partners
  • and, of course, a meaningful reference for their résumé.
