Change Fitness-Studies 2010-2018: Central research goal: The current situation of change processes in organizations

The focus of this study, which has already gone through its 5th round in 2018, is the topic of ambidexterity. Ambidexterity refers to a company's ability to be efficient and flexible at the same time. The study is embedded in the research project Change-Evolution 2020. In the course of this project, Mutaree has been investigating the change-fitness of organizations every two years since 2010 together with Prof. Sackmann and her team at the Bundeswehr University. The professional association of change management as a part of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater (BDU; Federal Association of German Corporate Consultants) as well as Personalwirtschaft (Personnel Management) also invite people to participate in the survey.

Munich LeadershipDialogue

For the symposia series Munich LeadershipDialogue, we could attract highly qualified individuals from practice and academia to discuss with us the "challenge of leadership" from mutifaceted angles. Together we not only wanted to create new incentives, but also a fruitful and exciting dialogue between the speakers and the audience. This goal was facilitated by presentations with subsequent discussions and a structured dialogue by at the same time leaving sufficient time for networking.
