Development and testing of training programs for stress prevention and resource mobilization as part of a Bundeswehr pilot project on occupational health promotion (Professor Renner, Professor Felfe). This project was part of the academic research accompanying the Bundeswehr pilot project on occupational health promotion. In this context, it developed, manualized, conducted and evaluated three training programs for stress prevention and resource mobilization. The three training programs, in particular intensive training with online coaching and resource training, received very positive assessments with regard to feasibility and attractiveness criteria and with regard to perceived impact. In addition, a quasi-experimental control group design demonstrated that participants in the stress training have a reduced stress level and a higher level of self-care than a "non-treated" control group.
