In a quasi-experimental pre-post control group design, a strength and resource training program (SRT; Krick et al., 2018) received a positive assessment on the basis of subjective (e.g. attentiveness, resilience, stress level) as well as objective criteria (heart rate and heart rate variability). In addition, a concept for training disseminators was successfully developed and implemented in order to train peers as SRT trainers. In a further step, Bundeswehr personnel with a psychological background and military students were able to adapt SRT to a military setting.
