This project examined how enterprises can successfully manage new forms of employment, in particular freelancers. It focused on the work-life balance of freelancers, the long-term employability of freelancers, psychological traits of successful freelancers, leading mixed teams of internal and external personnel, and knowledge management and freelancers.
