The Chair of Digital Process Management (Prof. Dr. Christoph Peters) at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Organizational Sciences (WOW) focuses its research on the design and management of digital and AI-based processes, services and business models as well as agile and digital transformation. We adopt a socio-technical systems perspective in order to develop solutions that are human-centered, sustainable, technically stable, economically viable and socially desirable.
