Marzio Mula has been a postdoc researcher at the QuSAC Lab since February 2024. In 2020 he graduated in Mathematics from the University of Turin (Italy), with a master's thesis on the problem of sampling supersingular elliptic curves for cryptographic purposes. During his PhD at the University of Trento (Italy), completed in 2024 and including two internships at IBM Research (Switzerland) and COSIC (Belgium), he delved deeper into the study of isogeny-based cryptography by studying pairings and Hessian graphs of elliptic curves. His mathematical interests range over more abstract number-theoretical problems such as the construction and properties of p-adic continued fractions.
