Our exclusive test track on the grounds of the university campus with a length of 3.7 km allows the
simulation of driving maneuvers and traffic conditions, as well as measurement runs under
controlled experimental conditions. Full-scale vehicles that have not been registered for road use
so far can be tested here.

Cyber-Physical Mobility Lab

Our Cyber-Physical Mobility Lab (CPM Lab) is an open-source, remotely accessible platform for
Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs) focusing on multi-agent decision-making. Using
its digital twin, the CPM Lab can extend its 20 small-scale vehicles (µCars) with virtual µCars.
The CPM Lab is one of the pioneering testbeds for CAVs and has been rebuilt at other universities.
