Dr. rer. pol. Giulia Parola

Giulia was born in Italy but wandered off early on to gather various academic and work experiences in Germany, Spain, Morocco, as well as India. In 2014, she settled in Germany where she earned a Master's Degree in Life Science Economics and Policy from the Technical University of Munich and a Ph.D. in Management from the Bundeswehr University Munich, focusing on bridging the science-practice gap in career management. Giulia currently works as a Postdoc at our Chair, serves as Project Lead at Munich Business School, where she also holds a lecturing position, and collaborates with the European Center for Social Finance, a competence center affiliated with the school. Additionally, she volunteers in the youth employment strand of the EAWOP Impact Incubator.
