Important note: The vacuum cleaner bag shows a good filtering effect. Nevertheless, several manufacturers have recently pointed out that the use of such bags can lead to the absorption of harmful substances during manufacture and when used as a respiratory mask. Therefore, make sure that the materials you use to make a mask are free of pollutants. Please note (as described in the report) that masks manufactured in-house are no substitute for certified masks! They are only to be seen as a temporary solution with unknown filter effect for SARS-CoV-2 viruses until commercial masks are available.
